We offer the following shipping options for delivery: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air. For items that are not breakable or need tracking information, USPS Priority mail is also an option. USPS shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your items.

Sales Tax

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging for exchange or online credit only, no cash refunds. All sale items are final, no returns or credit. Credit is given in the amount that was paid for the product(s). Item must be returned in the original condition it was sent in, including any boxes or attached tags. Any promo codes or vouchers that were used for original purchase will not be credited and deemed expired if they are no longer valid at time of subsequent purchase. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

In extreme circumstances we will allow a 20% restocking fee in lieu of an exchange or online credit.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone at 650.450.9390 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Peek Keep must be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
